Eyob and Family Holistic Development Foundation in Action

In the quiet heart of Ethiopia, a legacy is blooming. Eyob Daniel Eyob (1977–2021) lived a life defined not by the years he was given, but by the compassion he poured into others. He was a gifted artist, a gentle poet, and a faithful friend who saw beauty in every soul. Today, that same spirit fuels the EFHDF-EYA, a registered civil society organization (No. 5895) dedicated to transforming lives through holistic, sustainable development.

Born in 1977 in Addis Ababa, Eyob Daniel was a multifaceted scholar, artist, and man of faith. Raised in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia, he earned an MA in International Relations with honors in Switzerland and was a PhD candidate at the Geneva School of Diplomacy. Professionally, he contributed to global health and trade through roles at the ITC and The Global Fund. Beyond his career, Eyob was a prolific creative—active in painting, poetry, photography, and music. His life was anchored by a deep Christian faith, which fueled his passion for theology and his reputation for kindness and integrity. He is remembered for his gentle spirit and his ability to bridge cultures through art and dialogue.
